The Food was tasty, but we opted for with breakfast facility. They told like 7- 9am breakfast is available, we were at 8am, they told like breakfast is over. After asking how can you say when we are within the time, then they ordered to canteen and they gave that too limited.

The next day we were at 7:30am, then also little bisibele bath n few idlies were left, rest was finished. Even coffee we asked then only they prepared n gave. If we don't ask they ll not ask whether we need or not. Even water bottles they provided only during check-in, not the other ays

The bathroom were not clean and towels provided were old and worn, bedsheets were not that clean

It was extremely family friendly. There were many other families here. With the reception and security guard, it was very safe.

I was skeptical before I visited the property. For me, in room 104, the wash basin water kept leaking. But it didn’t hinder us in anyway. Just felt bad for water wastage.

Location is the only thing which is awesome

Staff is rude. Lights were not turning on they started yelling and shifted to some other room.They have a restaurant, when I requested to carry a steel glass for my kid (3Y) to my room and promised them to return, they weren't allowed.Bathroom was clean, but the bedsheets have stains.

The Stay was good.It also has restaurant attached, which is very convenient.

The location was bit out skirts of the city. The bathroom was not properly maintained, the towel holder fell off during our stay.

The ambience, rooms were clean and neat, staff were professional. The restuarant food was good and reasonable price. Overall its a great place for family. Near to zoo, palace, chamundi hill temple and brindavan garden.

Hotel people charged me more that my booking price in app.. They took 1000 more because i took pay at hotel option.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The beds were comfy. The toilet was okay too with no complaints.

The location is a bit in distance from the main city/ city center.Communication is a big problem as almost no one speaks or undertands English. Even they don't know Hindi at a minimum. We were baffled by the unprofessional behavior of the reservation desk about complimentary breakfast. Though we had a booking of 1 family room for four people for two days with complimentary breakfast, they repeatedly argured saying that we didn’t have complimentary breakfast added to our booking. Moreover, they billed some extra money against our complimentary breakfast (which was out of question) for 5 people, though we were just 4.

Beds were sagging. Pillows were hard thicker. Bath room door not locking. No toiletries provided. Compl b/f is served only from 8am. Discomfort for tourist starting early.

Parking was in road side. Very risky.There were cocroaches inside the restaurant backside.Toilet was not fully clean.Charge was higher, feel so.
